I will teach you techniques to start your journey to find a meditation practice that works for you.
Cold Water Therapy
It has long been known that cold water benefits both the mind and body. You will learn what’s actually happening in the body and mind before, when you are in the cold and afterwards. The breath plays a huge part in controlling our nervous system during this practice.
The Wonders of Foraging and being in nature
Get creative, work with what nature provides. Whittle with wood, create a foraged wreath or weave using natural materials.
The key to creating with nature in nature is to generate positive emotions; we feel calmer, happier, it increases our creative ability, adaptability, improves cognitive function, concentration, lowers levels of anxiety, depression and benefits sleep patterns.
